WoonCompas is a housing development/ management corporation for special interest and 55+. In response to the demand of a new identity, Anne Bloemendaal / Flowerdales (Rotterdam) wrote the communication strategy for WoonCompas. Studio Klaster translated this strategy into a new visual identity. Stimulating people to meet other people is the essence of the brand and it’s identity. The design elements are powerful and professional yet also simple, warm and human. Marco Faasen (Rotterdam) made the illustrations.
The signing of all locations is currently under development.
The sign system will consist of a range of materials and products
that can be used to manifest it’s locations.
